Grain fed Australian scotch fillet cutlet, inch thick, cooked medium rare.

 

Hand cut, beer battered chips (oven baked).

 

Crisp garden salad with Cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado and red onion with Ratwagons special home made salad dressing.

 

Half a bottle of Penfolds cab sav.

 

The above washed down by at least six ice cold Aussie beers.

 

Can't beat it :)
