Shawk910
We have a Bluebird in Fiji Islands. The car was very very very rusted up and we were going to make that our ultimate project to fix it. The Hardtop version of the bluebird never came to the usa. It only came as the maxima with a longer and different front end and also came with a bigger engine and trans. So we thought why not make the first datsun/nissan 810/910 maxima/bluebird........... so we did Yes it was a lot of work, but it will be worth it. First of all the parts car. Took that car apart into pieces and sent it to Fiji Islands Where this baby is Now look at some rust Dont worry its all fixed now....... This project was started The third week of Jan and this how it looks right now getting ready for paint We got the datsun 810 front welded on and painted the engine bay 2 Quote Link to comment

graveltrapp
With that amount of rust, makes me think it was probably driven on beaches like they do down in Daytona and Hatteras. Looks like you guys have it under control and have made tons of progress. Any projected ideas on what you would like for it to look like when its all done? Any pictures of similar cars done in the fashion you are going for? Those before images should give any doubters of there own rusty rigs encouragement to push through and get it done, myself included. Hope you guys are up to date on your Tentnis Shots.
