Ill get new wheels when I have to get new tires. the ones in it now are like 80% still lol Im not used to having that stuff, heat, defrost, A/C, cruise control, auto adjustable suspension, 4x4, .... and other random electric things I still dont use lol Quote Link to comment
Skib
picked up a vac gauge to help monitor fuel consumption ect. mounting it to the lower dash plastic hit the hardware store and found a piece of PVC pipe with the correct ID and cut a spacer to angle it up more. nice and functional without looking messy or out of place. Skib
had an engine light on too. but the VG ecu has a self diagnosis feature. checked it out and got a 32 EGR Function code and a 34 Knock Sensor code. Quote Link to comment
Draker
22Hg, you baller. Looks like the perfect location. Quote Link to comment
Draker
Have you checked the knock sensor harness? It's probably just cracked.. Hope it's in a good location. If not, I'd get a knock sensor relocation kit cause you're not going to like where that is located. Quote Link to comment
Skib
22Hg, you baller. Looks like the perfect location. I was glad to see confirmation the motors in good shape. did a few tests using vac gauge readings and all checks out. Have you checked the knock sensor harness? It's probably just cracked.. 72240z
Ya its its in the valley. Its common to be bad or corroded, just relocate it is my advice. Dont really need a kit your more then capable to solder 2 plugs together. You can also just eliminate it with a resistor. On my X its funny, I can reach it because of the 3" bod lift. So if you plan to lift in the future maybe worth a try... Quote Link to comment

I say kit because on the Z's there is a harness, sensor, and long bolt to relocate. http://www.yugobernie.com/det_sensor.html Elimination is always an option, but I personally wouldn't go that route. Lets just hope for corrosion, lol. Quote Link to comment
Skib
yeah when I get around to it I prob will. and oil filter relocation is deff on the list too. lol fuckin terrible place for it. Quote Link to comment

ArchetypeDatsun
Google chrome has a web store I got the element hider as an extension, all you do is right click and press "hide element" and now you can save all the pictures. 1 Quote Link to comment
Kyle84
I love the old 2 doors but they came with the vg30i which blows. The vge in the 4 doors is much better. 2 doors were 86-89 then its was all 4 doors. Just had to mention. There was a 1990 two door. With the vg30e. Its a rarer find. And really cool. :-) There's one on portland or Seattle Craigslist right now. Nice pathy skib. I has jelly. :-( http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/cto/3577568149.html Quote Link to comment
72240z
I honestly dont believe it, MAYBE a 90 2 door if they had some left to move but not a a vg30e 2 door. Cragislist is no kind of proof. Quote Link to comment
Tristin
There are the rarer 1990 2drs out there and with the VG30i being replaced by the VG30e in '89, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 2dr Pathfinders had multi-port injection. Quote Link to comment
