mrbigtanker Posted November 18, 2013 Report Share Posted November 18, 2013 false alarm, the stock drive line is 3 inches too long :crying: tanker im keeping the diff for a little while and seeing how it behaves, if too short or im not satisfied ill use the 720 diff So i can tell you by my green truck,that is a 72 model i think the rear is a 4.33 and it works really well,the red one on the other hand had the 1300 and it has i believe a 4.88 so if i keep it i will change it out.I think all the 1600 models came with the 4.33 or close to it,can some one validate or correct me please. Radiator issue,there is so many things you can do its just finding the right radiator that will fit for cost effectiveness or spend money for a custom 1 to fit. Quote Link to comment

datson4life Posted December 10, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 10, 2013 ok i think i got this, got a smaller belt and cut 3/4 inch into alt bracket, now there is plenty of room to run bottom water hose into alt, i know its hard to picture it without pictures but bare with me for a couple days, everything is looking good and should be ready by the end of the week if work allows me 1 Quote Link to comment

datson4life Posted December 11, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2013 almost, im stuck on figuring out the 2 alt wires, the stock T plug to the ka alt plug, any tips on those? so far i know thin is dummy light, and thick white one can go straight to alt + so that leaves me with an extra wire from T plug, is that ok or not?
