I was always scared that would happen to me.

I was selling a Harley Sportster and 2 guys that looked like the the guys Molesting Ned Beatty in "DELIVERANCE" showed up.

I was sweating it out. Jed Clampet even said ,"I might not come back"!

Always make sure they show up and Leave a vehicle(lisense #), or another person. Maybe have a camera/DVD recorder to take some photos.

I hope this just wasnt a guy who walked by and said ,Hey I wanna buy it and you gave the keys to him!!!!!!!!!!

Been there!!:( Sorry to hear of your loss.

That sucks....file that police report asap!! But expect the car to be stripped down for parts most likely.

I had a '79 Toyota Corona stolen from a Fred Meyer parking lot and thats what happened to it. My wife and two daughters had to walk home (2.5 miles) in the rain, in the dark. Parts can be hard to find legit...so they steal a car for them.

Man....drive around and look for it. But if they planned to steal it, they probably planned to hide it.

Bryan,

Always get some sort of ID or something before letting anyone drive off.....or go with them.

wow that sux man

a long time ago my dad gave his friend our old chevy malibu and some money to fix it, and we never heard back from him. turns out he was a tweaker and just used the money for drugs and never intended to fix the car (didnt know he was a tweaker at the time). after a year and searching for 5 different homes people said he lived in, we got the car back...

btw, how many homes can a tweaker move in and out of in a year:confused: theyre always on the move

but good luck with finding your wagon. :)

Datrod,

It's easy....there are many public record research companies out there. For a fee they will give you whatever you want to know.

As for Bleach....an administrator of a public forum should have access to these things for safety reasons.

Or maybe he is just nosey.....whatever, isn't it nice to know that all your personal info is for sale??

Damn! So sorry to hear this. But it is a good thing it is not a generic honda. A 610 wagon should stand out in the crowd. Do you have the vin#, title etc?
