wire wheels on a lawn tractor.... i was bored

Recommended Posts

I've had this late 60's (I believe) Sears ST16 Garden Tractor since I was in my teens. It has been sitting almost since I got it. I just tried to start it and it still runs. I'll post better pictures later, it was dark and this photo took alot of work to even see anything.

i think so..... but i don't have the deck anymore, it got scrapped years ago because the bearings fell out of it.

I'll probably do a pulley upgrade and see how fast i can make it go.

dude build some suspention parts for it and lower it, stretch it out a bit, drop an l20 in it with a 4 or 5 speed, wheely bar, racing seat and your good. itll mostlikely fall into the atv class so you really wont need to do any cage or stuff like that, just a quick kill like they have on atvs and dirtbikes in motocross. but only if you want to i mean it would be the most bad ass thing ive seen since the rb30det powered front engine dragster
