qwik510 Posted June 5, 2011 Report Share Posted June 5, 2011 So another Datsun orphan has found its way to my home. This wagon was parked by the original Owner in 1987. It was parked under a tree and over the years it sunk into the ground up to its rockers. The car is so rusty that I named it the Rusty Turd. The mustard color helped with the name. It has 80K miles on it and the interior is very clean. I will be parting it out soon but I need to spend some time going over it before I take it apart. The tow truck driver could not get his hook under it so we wrapped it around the motor mount stand on top of the crossmember. Quote Link to comment

I think you should fix the safety bits, and roll it as is. There's been a lot of interest lately in running/driving rusty Datsuns. Rustina, do you realize how far you'd have to tow that thing home?
