scooter
an easier way to do this may be to turn down the snout to accept a stock KADE gear. youd have to use a ka front pulley or dampener. you'd also probably have to re cut the keyways deeper Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
I believe the KA snout is longer, but that could be taken care of. I understand why people want to do this, but for your average street guy, a KA in unmolested form would be the ticket. For race guys who have rules and loop-holes to those rules, this is an awesome upgrade. 1 Quote Link to comment
scooter
because why not? I wouldn't make one of these for my daily, but im going to start gathering parts to make one of these. hell, I already got a crank and a block. I just love motors that wail to the moon Quote Link to comment

blackmarkit
Yes the objective was to really make one of these. I have figured out a few things but I've been too busy to finish it. I started a bussiness and it's has takin priority. Guides are 3d printed and test fit. Cam timing is on point with stock cams and the upper timing chain cover is printed with just the mating surfaces. So basically finish the timing chain cover model and machine a billet one. Bore the block and assemble. This is all for fun to me. I don't even have a car to put it in right now. Quote Link to comment
