I found a guy selling a genuine LZ twin cam head to suit a 4 cylinder about a year ago. He had the full timing gear setup and everything.

 

He didnt post a price but I managed to get some pictures off him, would be bloody awesome being able to buy, get it moulded in china and all the gear remade, just a pipe dream for the average joe however.
