(805)10
Hey everybody, I live on the Central Coast of California. Over the last year I have lurked and gathered so much info from this site I thought it was time to be sociable and post what I have going on. I was lucky to find an unmolested, running 4 door in my area. Not a lot of rust just your basic behind each tire on the fenders. The guy I got it from bought it as a first car for his daughter, she thought it was on the ugly side and didn Quote Link to comment

thisismatt
So weird...I've been emailing a guy on the bluebird list, from AG, who recently got an orange 510 from Paso. I figured for sure you were him posting, but apparently not. I bought my 510 up in A-town. Quote Link to comment

I sure am looking forward to moving down to California in a week and a half... :) Man, someone put a lot of time and money into getting that engine bay cleaned up like that. That looks really good. speeder
Nice job on the engine bay. It looks beautiful! Really nice job on that Bud coil. That is one of the best Ratsun upgrades I've seen. How much more power did the different L16 get you? Quote Link to comment
fisch
A hearty welcome to you man! That engine bay looks great, what an improvement! Fantastic first post. Quote Link to comment
(805)10
Thanks for all the welcome notes. The paint I used for the engine bay is duplicolor wheel paint (graphite). it took about 3.5 cans, plus 2 cans of primer, and 2 cans of clear for bay and under side of hood. really tough stuff easy to wipe clean and good with heat so far.
