A honey-bee might get me for the cool factor (they're still pretty ugly, but somehow, yellow and a bee sticker make it more appealing.) But this would be an unusual beater. How do you feel about 610's Hainz? I don't know much about them. But there is a `74 610 about 2 hrs away, and the owner claims it has 300 original mi. on it! I have not seen it, no pics in the ad. They want $1500 OBO. Heh... I should prolly get the 521 running before I get another Dat! Otherwise next thing you know I will have 10 'non-runner-some-day's' in my back yard. Link to comment

I mean RUST FREE. I just dont see them any more. I seen green one locally and it was cool to see. I seen a nice one with 15x6 Panasports and I thought it looked great. they are more luxurius than a 510 A Lime Green one would be cool with panasports/watanbees I just have no more room for either cars or 2 stroke Jap bikes Link to comment

That car's been off 'n' on craigslist since Spring. Briefly emailed the seller. My impression is he bought the car like that and is clueless. For starters, no way a U20 head will fit an L-series engine. If running properly and in good shape, $3k would be a good price. Link to comment

DatDoug Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 Went out to the end of the fookin earth this morn to pick up this truck with the "str8 body" LOL There wasnt a str8 panel on it! The floor boards were starting to rust thru and the pass rocker panel had a good hole in it. I guess I should not have expected much for $200. It did have a fairly nice rust free bed and good tailgate. Link to comment
