Take a new seal and put it directly onto yolk ,,, and see if it is tight fit. You never know ,,maybe there is a glitch somewhere.. Like i said though at Applied, they will measure what you have and the yoke you bring in ,,, and search their wherehouses for it. Are you sure it isn't over filled ? Is there grooves in the yoke? If you need a new ( to you ) yoke i probably have one laying around ,, Is it just a 521 4speed yoke? Did yo seal the end with freeze plug? (edit) i read up a tiny bit and see what your using .. for a yoke so scratch those questions.
