I thought they came with an L20b 2 liter inline 4. He might be confusing the engine with the 2-liter L20a, which is the 6-cylinder 240z version. Its most likely swapped if it does have an inline-6.

My boss just called me on my phone saying there was a dattsun 2000 parked outside our office in San Francisco... Ran out to find this perfect green-ish/silver 2000 roadster with panasports. Second time I've seen this car, still looks as awesome as before... I'm sad my camera focusing sucks, the picture does not do any justice to it... edit, As I was walking out to lunch the owner was there talking to one of my co-workers, talked to him for a minute. :D All original, stock engine, stock everything.

Was at the honder dealer with my sister, she got a 07 civic hybrid(1.3L). I needed to go home so the guy took me home in an auto CVT CR-z. thumbs up, that thing is cool. 350z or something would be more worth the price, though.
