well rode the dirt bike maybe a little too hard today. started to not want to idle, then i shut it off for a break and it was locked up. got it unlocked after jumping on it a few times with no start. hauled it home and tore apart thinking i broke a ring or something. nope. piston rod is locked up :( going to the dealer now

me and a few buddies took their 4 wheelers, and my dirt bike out to one of our farms and when wheelin al day! anyways, behind the barn sat this 72 suzuki trail hopper!! he gave it to me, and i took the tank cover, exhaust cover, and gas tank and seat off last night . its a blue one. been sitting for over 2 years, in the same spot with no spark plug :( first kick, it turned over verry smooth. put in a plug, and it has good compression. so im going to clean up the carb, and if it runs good, have the frame powder coated, and the plastics al repainted. and restore it.

can you use a nut and a bolt on this application? i know thats what im runing on l20 and 4 speed

im about an inch from the frame in the rear, and about half an inch clearance in the contron arms in the front. no bump stops in truck at all. pics to come soon! and for the sake of god, some of you guys are fucking low!!!!

to properly check your u joint, you need to unbolt it from the diff. it may be locked up, not loose. causing vibrations. and noise

does any one have any weber don draft parts? i really rea;ly need one part! its the little part that goen on the primary shaft, and opens the secondary when theres enough throttle given. goes right behind the trunnion

time to go back to weber 32/36, this hitachi is getting tossed a long ways. really wish some one had some su's for sale.. :(

drove it all over today. was so nice out. filled it up with gas. went home and did lawn work, and got the summer items all tuned up/ready. went to pick up leaves, and bottomed out in the lawn..... i think im low enough. but a body drop wouldnt hurt.
