  1. Looks good! $6.75 ? you can't beat that with a stick........ Nice plate.
  2. I use the boot every night now. Someone tried stealing the truck last year.:mad:They couldn't start it :fu:, I had disabled her:lol:They broke the driverside vent window and took my ignition switch. I now use various forms of defense to deter the Bastards! Probably wanted to strip her of her parts. Someone stole my buddies(rip) 620 about 5 months before they tried stealing mine. It was found the next town over , engine and other parts were stripped off. Poor guy , worked his ass off to get it running again.
  3. Thanks everybody! I went out to take some pics of the engine compartment and interior and my camera is telling me to change batteries. Time for a charge. I'm pretty sure I posted interior and engine pics in one of my threads out there. The striping is done in silver and black , yes the colors of my fav football team. :D There is also a thin orange line on there , not sure if you can tell in the pics. It came out pretty good considering the old man that did it was a little tipsie. He didn't even finish! He was supposed to do my hood also, but he had some drama with his old lady that day......My buddy that owns the paint shop say's the dude was tossing paint cans and brushes , cussing up a storm. Oh well , he still owes me . The lettering paint on the tailgate will be replaced with silver leaf pretty soon . This is just temporary............. I got lucky Saturday at the JY. Found me a door panel that looks like its new and some bumperetts! I'll post a pic of the panel , it has a small rip on it and I need some suggestions on how to keep it from getting bigger. Later
  4. Hey ,nice truck. Hell of a deal for $100......... 510 for $65 ? Even sweeter! Lets see some more pics.
  5. Dude , who cares if you post too much. It's your god given right. Don't listen to anybody who complains . Bunch of haters!!!
  6. Nice ride ! Where did you get that dash? That isn't stock is it? Your pops would have been proud........
  7. Pac , check your pm's............ Maybe you can dig a hole in the back and bury it for later..........:D
  8. Welcome to the club.........
  9. I had/have the same problem. I started using seafoam in my truck last year and I began to have the same problems you are describing. Turns out my gas tank had some sort of liner inside . Kinda like some plastic material sprayed/coated on the inside of the tank. This stuff started to fall apart plugging my fuel line . My tank doesn't have a strainer so this stuff was clogging up the tube that feeds my fuel line. I dropped my tank and tried to remove all this crap out. Now I make sure I at least have half a tank of gas. When it would plug up on me I would just disconnect the fuel line going into the filter and blow into it . This would clear anything in the line and she would fire right up . This is just my 2 cents. Hope it helps..............
  10. My truck has some felt/carpet material going across the top of the doors where the little chrome strip is at(sandwiches the window). My bro used some window rubber from a Mazda for his 521. Fit pretty good and was cheap. He pulled it out of a 87 I think......No more rattles he says! Getting confusing here:confused:.
  11. I thought you said you did replace with wiper rubber...?
  12. The 521's are supposed to have some felt material for the windows correct? Thats how mine is setup and i'm pretty sure every 521 I run into has the same. Are you guys just replacing them with rubber?
  13. Triple S.... check your pm's.
  14. What condition? I'm looking for something that runs for my 320.......... L series preferably.
  15. Nice! What color would you guy's say that is?
  16. Can't really comment on a 620 but my 521 does rub some when turning full left or right(not much). Tires rub on the inside of the fender well. The tires i'm using up front are 225 45 18 with 1/4" spacers for the wheels. If the 620 hub/drum is the same as a 521 your gonna have to grind down the hub , use a spacer , or bore out the wheels to sit flush. You can probably get away with pounding the area that rubs in with a mallet . See J2eDeYe's post. You shouldn't have a problem seeing that many 521 and 620's are running these nowadays. $250 per wheel is a bit expensive btw. You might be able to find a set for around 2 bills if you check your local craigslist or fleabay maybe. Good luck
  17. Nice! the paint even matches your water hose.....lol My truck had a banging/knocking noise also after the 5 speed tranny swap. Turns out it was my driveline angles . Once I straightened everything out it ran smooth with no knocking. Just my 2 cents.......Later
