Normally when I've dealt with civil matter that means that the PD will stay out of it and this is more an issue for the courts. The wheels where stolen, when returned to the rightful owner it falls onto the courts for the middleman whos the victim in a stolen item recover case to sue the person who originally sold them the item that was stolen. Though a lawyer is never a bad idea on these sorta things. Plus long as you didn't lay a finger on the guy and have plenty of witnesses you are fine.

a friend of mine rigged bear mace to a windshield wiper sprayer and when you sat in the drivers seat it would hose you if you didnt get the switch off before the main power was active.

Its too bad the dude lives in an apartment complex, I refuse to live in one just for this reason... I know some people cant get a house or something like that to rent.. But to me its worth the extra cash so I can install a security camera system... If someone is in my driveway I know it, even while I'm not at home.

It runs! After timing adjustments got the engine to start and run again I guess my compression gauge was crap.

reproductions or not,those wheels are awesome! too bad about the bolt pattern. hopefully they will make other bolt patterns by the time I could afford a set. the gold ones are my favorite of the 3 shown. probably cheaper & easier to get than an original set (shipped from Japan $$$$$!! )
