1lo620
This very smooht 521 is featured in Mini Truckin this month. It is all stock with the exception of lowered with 20" wheels. So if you like very clean stock 521 check out Aprils Mini Truck magazine... Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
That truck has been on the NWDE forum, it has been on several websites and has been in Streettrucks mag. I believe he's out of the midwest somewhere. Very nice truck. Quote Link to comment
1lo620
He is actually in Tennessee, But It got sold on Ebay a few months back. And the guy that bought it put a blog on Street Source saying he was going to body drop it and do all this crap and he was selling the rims..In my opinion if he does all that, he is going to ruin a very nice restoration job. But when he pays the monet it is your truck to do with....Hell it was even in Goodguy hot rod magazine from the Pigeon Forge Tn, Good guy show. If you where to pull a 521 into a Good Guy show up here...they would quickly escort you out...lol... Quote Link to comment
airedout
That truck was pretty nice, but it was a 20 footer for sure. I saw it in person at the Year One Chip Foose charity show when we were showing there. The wheels are 18's front 20's back. The paint looked like poo, macco quality, and it had dings and dents throughout. Its kind of amazing what the camera doesnt see. He said he was trying to keep it original, but i think he was just cheap. Anyone catch what he sold it for????????? Quote Link to comment
1lo620
The last Bid I saw was $5k and it the auction was over the next day. And then I saw the guy on Street Source that bought it about a week later...So I am assuming it went for at least $5k. I will ask my friend he was watching the auction...But still $5k ouch..... And I agree about the camera deal...I have seen trucks that have been featured that when I see in person your going ...oh my god...Well, look at my truck it is a hell of alot better in the magazine than in person,,Because the inperfections dont show....So dont worry about doing a good job on your truck,,,the camera will take care of all the shotty work...LOL..Just kidding...I know you will get in now...it is the age of the Classics... Quote Link to comment

slodat
That blue truck is just siiiiick Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
I agree 100% Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
Wow, that 521 is maybe worth $2000.00 at best. And that's only because of the wheels/tires. Gutless engine, 4-spd, shitty paint, and any purist would take the wheel/tires off and sell them. Any customizer would scrap the engine/trans and drop the truck (requiring some cutting). Idiot! Love the 320, we posted about it on NWDE a while ago. The blue 620 is well, beautiful. I think I want to do that with my bed!:D Quote Link to comment
Bleach
blue truck says its a '74. Ha! they didnt' make a 74 kingcab. I bet he has a stolen blue kingcab from Washington with his own 1974 ID tags on it... Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
It may be that the guys at the magazine don't know what their talking about. I did a search on Datsun there and a Toyota Hilux came up as a Datto  Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
I had emailed Mini Truckin' about the NL320...asked for a wallpaper.....they put one up. You might check their wallpaper section for more pics of the 620. Quote Link to comment
OL YELLER
My god is that a '57 Chevy Dash in that truck?..I am an OOOOOLD Man and really Old Skool when it comes to my Datsun trucks, but, damn that looks good!..(Please don't tell any of my buddies I said that! LOL) Quote Link to comment
OL YELLER
Damn second thought, is that an early corvette Dash...I am so out of it... Quote Link to comment
Bleach
I like lots of gauges. I'd put an airplane dash in a 620 if I could ;) ...or a 280ZX dash. Those things have gauges that go on forever Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
The dash does look good, I like the painted look. I think gauges are overrated though. I just need a speedo, and a boost gauge. The rest can be lights. :) Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Lights only come on when it's too late in my experience ;) Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
Sometimes the lights work. The oil presure light comes on in my 1200 when it is 2 quarts low. Quote Link to comment
1lo620
Actually according to the owner of the 620xcab in mini truckin the dash is out of an Impala...I dig the truck, cant wait to see it done. He was talking about putting an V8 into it. I personally hope he doesnt... Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
Wasn't he also talking about a SR? I think I read that on the page with the blue truck. Quote Link to comment
Bulletside
Hey this truck is on Nashville Craigslist now too! http://nashville.craigslist.org/car/276965242.html Quote Link to comment
Bleach
the price just keeps going up every time it changes owners... just looking to make a buck and work off the Minitruckin name... Quote Link to comment
