hessianben
First off... -without Hainz' video, http://www.guba.com/all/search?query...set=5&x=34&y=3 I would not have never attempted the teardown of my L16. I used the vid as a step-by step, (I watched it 3 times and marked each section with time and topic) The video answered every question I didn't even know I would have along the way, and made everything really easy. That being said... A week after finishing everything (truck runs great now!) Hainz sent me 2 DVD's with said video, a video of a sick 510 with an SR, a tutorial on 510 drums, a tutorial on valves, intake/exhaust, and waaay more!!! The guy's a Datsun animal!!! Just wanted to say; THANKS HAINZ! I really appreciate it! It's guys like you that make seemingly daunting projects do-able! Thanks again Hainz! Quote Link to comment
djlotus
I don't remember if I ever did thank him, but yea, he's a cool ass dood for these videos. He sent me some when I first got my car/joined up on the forums. They sure as shit helped me when I was tearing into my car. So in case I haven't said it: Thanks Hainz Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
I made them so I dont have to repaet myself over on timming chains. So too many dropped and the car/truck goes to the dump As they say In Islam. To save one man is to save all of mankind(yeah right) To save one datsun is to save all Datsuns Well really Jeff Hino,Frank Rizzo, Ray Stonehocker do more saving of Datsuns Quote Link to comment

Bleach
nice! :D i wasn't looking for rockers but I just watched most of the Hainz video again. He mentions the $11 rockers. I remember seeing them for that price. I think even less. Then we spread the word about them and the price went up. :) Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
I bought 2 full sets of rockers @$8 each at importedcarparts.com about 6 years ago, when they were closing them out. Figured I might as well have spares. Quote Link to comment
