imtb
Finally figured out how to put these BMW seats in my 510 had to make custom brackets other wise my head would hit the roof. They are nice and comfy and hold you in place pretty good. Edited January 14, 2009 by datzenmike Quote Link to comment

Pacific coast Datsun
Are they out of an early 3 series? Lookin good too. Quote Link to comment
WagDatto
I got some that are SUPER similar from a '92 bmw 3 series, i think. The way they mount is choice. They do (with an ovaled out hole or two) fit on the 510 rail things that bolt to the floor, but they're VERY tall if you do that. They mount in a perfect square shape. I have mine bolted to the floor right where the reinforced for stock. I'm tall, though. 6'3, and fit in there perfect for my height. The seats (i'd assume mine are the same, if not from same year) fit nice. Adjustable thigh support, and tilt-able heads on them. I've heard, too, that some come with a factory heating unit, too, but mine are lacking... Overall, great $40 scrapyard find for a pair for me! Quote Link to comment

ppeters914
Very nice. I wish they didn't look so modern. Would love to put a set in my 411. Might have to rethink that later. Quote Link to comment
