Crashtd420
Those are a bitch... I used a ball joint press or something similar and a lot of heat on the outside and they eventually came free... Careful reinstalling I mushroomed one going back in.... Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
Just a random thought, could they be tossed in a fire to burn them out? Quote Link to comment

Pretty sure he has a 521 and is talking about the lower control arm bushing that is in a frame mount, so...no 😁 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Tighten all suspension components with the vehicle sitting on it's wheels or set at ride height. Quote Link to comment
Stinky
lube them excessively on installation. Use Dawn soap. That is, if they are rubber on the outside. Otherwise, your favorite penetrating oil. Edited June 3, 2022 by Stinky Quote Link to comment
bottomwatcher
I used a brake hone to get the inside of the bore mirror smooth. My removal installation tool was made of hardened all thread and pipe. I think a ball joint press would work just as well and can be "rented" for free at autozone. 1 Quote Link to comment
