Also you said that shop can make it too? http://www.futofab.com/ Look under Datsun Truck Parts, they have rear bars also. Sal told me he could make one and that he does it all the time...but when mine fit, I did not have to take it any further. His link is above, you can call and say you saw Kevin's green datsun truck...he'll know. . 1 Quote Link to comment

I plan to setup my rear coilover system first, then measure for a length that suits the ride height..... 1 Quote Link to comment

I talked with qa1 directly about the part. they dont make the 1" bare without the bushing. they said just cut off the bushing and slide the bearing in as normal Quote Link to comment

They must have machined the groove for the clips that hold the bearings in regardless... Wish that was in the description.... Oh well I'm still happy with what I used.. seems solid and I'm at the ride height i want and seems to be at all working properly.... Do you see in issue with it? Quote Link to comment

I don’t see an issue really but I’m no expert. If your spring is long enough or compressed enough to fill that gap it should be fine. I just received my part today 1 Quote Link to comment

Crashtd420
Oh I figured I'd throw this up for others using the bearing type end..... I accidentally figured out a 5/8 heater hose( pretty sure it was 5/8) fits the end of the bearing and can be cut to fit to make a dust seal.... 2 Quote Link to comment
