Lifted2wdatsun
if im selling something out of state? Quote Link to comment
ppeters914
Same as if you're selling in state. PayPal is for the transfer of funds. Location don't mean squat. Key thing is the seller gets the money and the buyer gets the goodies. Quote Link to comment

yellowdatsun
Yeh paypal is one of the best things since sliced bread. I do a lot of ebay and such, makes for much easier transactions. Quote Link to comment
Skib
Agreed. Its great for buying/selling in forums, I get alot of my parts from fellow Datto/Zcar forum members or ebay if its not local. Quote Link to comment
sanitys
ive used paypal since 2000ish Have never have a bad experience, and paypal just makes it easier. (knocks on wood) Even if the company is a dealer you dont have to pay taxes on anything unless you are in there state and they charge you taxes. I bet 90% of paypal users dont even list there assets from forums/ebay/what have you on there taxes. I wouldnt be so concerned with the taxes part. When it comes to taxes if its outta state, no taxes, if its in state do what your pocket book can afford Quote Link to comment

I believe the time limit is 45 days. Almost ran into a problem with that in the past but I ended up getting my items 3 months later  Quote Link to comment

Happy
be advised that you really don't want to let paypal have access to your regular bank account. set up a separate account at a different bank. If you want to know why, do a google search under paypal sucks, or paypal problems to see how it can go wrong. I use it all the time, but you do need to be careful Quote Link to comment
hang_510
works great for the payer... the reciever pays a fee (~3% AKA the cost of doin' bidness) no issues since 2002  Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
the reciever pays a fee That's only for Business or gold accounts. I have a Paypal Personal account, and no fee is charged. However with a Personal account, the buyer can't use a credit card to me. Quote Link to comment
