russaroll
this week was good. i got the head back from the machine shop. head studs came in. the rubbing issue is no longer an issue. i bought these mesh wheels for my wagon a couple years ago and never got around to using them. now they have a temp home and some fresh rubber (until i destroy them  ) 155/55 r14 Formoza on 14x6.5 or 7. not sure not ride height but not all the way down. still have a little over an inch to go. turbo mani came in friday. cx racing. i'm real surprised i got it. i woke up this morning to make a delivery for work and it was sitting by the door. the doorbell never went off, nobody knocked, i never even saw the fed ex man. looks like it was well made. time to get down to business. cleaned surface studs in heads on greddy ras on VC on. i know it's rough but, oh well. i just want it to go. i don't care about show. peek-a-boo just a mock up for a nice photo op. i still need to get new ex studs and other misc hardware. until next time. 2 Quote Link to comment

Son_of_a_Datsun_Guy
Damn you're working fast. Love the ground up approach with all the detail on your suspension refurbish. When you're done you should start to take it out to some of the autocrosses at the Santa Maria airport. There are a couple of us Datsun heads that go to the ones the PCA holds. Quote Link to comment
