Jesse C.
^ that picture reminds me... http://usa.newonnetflix.info/info/80133317/s This show is on netflix and it is pretty amazing. Don't want to give away the first two episodes as they are really good restorations, but I am on episode 3 and a guy is building a Focker tri-wing from scratch. It's the plane the Red Baron made famous in WWI and apparently you can buy plans from a guy to build your own. It is a pretty good show. But sadly, this happened http://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2016-10-03/passenger-killed-and-pilot-badly-injured-as-wartime-fighter-plane-crashes/ Quote Link to comment

VFR800
Brothers Ross and Keith Smith were the first pilots to fly from England to Australia. They achieved this considerable feat in an ex-WW1 Royal Flying Corps Vickers Vimy bomber with the registration G-EAOU in 1919. Wags soon came up with the translation "God 'Elp All Of Us" from this letter combination. 1 Quote Link to comment
VFR800
Ex-WW2 Short Sunderland flying boat with B.O.A.C. landing at Darwin in the late 1940s. The former front gun turret has been blanked in. These aircraft bristled with guns earning them the nickname "flying porcupine" Quote Link to comment
