Racer X 69
I really dislike 80s American convertibles. Hell, pretty much any convertible built after 1970... Ya got me there. Quote Link to comment
Racer X 69
And I like these Miradas best... ^_^ Stock car racing in North America was pretty cool then. There were still a lot of teams at the grassroots level. Oopen trailers behind beat up a pickup or a run down motorhome. The driver/owner/mechanic had a day job and was in debt up to his eyeballs just so he could go race. Nothing like the multi million dollar efforts of today. 5 Quote Link to comment

I loved it in the late 70s/early 80s. Back when the cars they raced still looked like real cars, and like you said, half the field were privateers... And I was a little kid... 3 Quote Link to comment

DaBlist
From the Ring Brothers Garage. 1948 Caddy on the outside, 2015 Caddy on the inside. look at what these people have built, you will not be disappointed. http://ringbrothers.com/builds.html Oh Yah! An old car that's as complicated and hard to work on as a new car. Very well done but not for me 2 Quote Link to comment
