DanielC Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 Brake lights on a 521 are really simple. There is a fuse, always hot. From there, power goes to a brake light switch. the other wire on the brake light switch goes to the brake lights. A common problem is the brake light grounds to the taillight frame. The taillight frame grounds to the bed. The bed should ground to the frame, and the frame should ground to the engine. 521 wiring diagram. Quote Link to comment
