Ranman72
I guess I have asked james why or what does that paint mark mean thats in black and he told me it was the grit of paper for the next sanding because everything gets sanded at least 3 times and he does so much he wouldnt remember what to sand that part next I didnt mean that I never ask why to sound Rude I guess I just take what he does for granted as being proper so thats what I meant by I never ask why 1 Link to comment

Camtron
My 72 has all 4. I guess they stamped out some pieces for use in both RH and LHD markets. I think the dash in the 68-69s is symmetrical like that, too. It would be a bitch to synchronize so they didn't bump into each other, and would probably look rediculous and not function as well, but I guess you could call it Boso and get some appreciation. the510keeper
Near perfect hood has been stripped for a year now and is seeing the love it deserves. Sanded with 80, filler work finished and in primer, next step will be to paint the interior of it. It's a nice feeling the only panels left to rough are the front apron, cowl and gas door. :) 3 Link to comment
the510keeper
Let's paint once again Stripped the inside of the hood and welded up the problem hole at the bottom of the inner frame Seam sealed the inner frame to the skin, but had to get moving on the spraying epoxy, no pics 3 Link to comment
