zerow
We didnt get 4 door SSS so i wouldn't want to go putting SSS badges on it. But it will defiantly be getting twin SU's and a 5 speed. The SUs are what make the SSS. The 5 speed only enhances the deal. Quote Link to comment
dobo
I decided to run an air box instead of just the individual filters. Saves me making a catch can for the crank breathers and also will make road worthy a bit easier i think. JDM SSS goodness on its way to me. now for the 5 speed :P Quote Link to comment

Those of us with the US-specification 610s cannot run that box because it hits the brake booster. Couple that with the fact that I did a brake master cylinder upgrade, and it definitely will not fit. Well done, sir...Well done! Quote Link to comment
dobo
Yeah i know zerow, have noticed this. that must suck having it so cramped on one side of the engine and not on the other SU's are in and running At first they where shooting flames :w00t: but I've adjusted the mixture now, think i need to get some leaner needles. those running these where do you get needles from, the UK? dobo
So front end is currently apart, buying new bushings when i have the cash Alos parts car came on saturday. also on the weekend my mate nick decided to put his Su's on. found out the inlet ports are tiny on his head and seeing as he had another head that had been ported and decided to do a swap It started raining so we didn't get finished so I've now got 3 180bs that cant move under their own steam sitting at my back door :D Quote Link to comment

dobo
bit of an update, some things have happened My Dad bought another 200b parts car So i quickly procured the front struts and brakes :D the shocks are like brand new so they will go on this weekend(if it stops raining) I also bought front struts and rear discs from an r31 skyline. I know you guys dont get these over there. The fronts need the spring perch taken off as they dont fit in datsun towers. I'm thinking of eventually using these to make coilovers and they run vented rotors so should be a real good upgrade if i do an CA or SR swap. Rears will be going on sooner, when i run a hydro handbrake probably. also 3 guesses what this is. Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
Its NOT good to just pull the cam towers(cam off) with the rockers still on. esp putting them back on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! save this http://vimeo.com/19077890 That 810 wagon is COOL. we got the 6cyl version if you can find them. Most were thrown away. Put some ROTA RBs 15x7s on there and slam it down. Better yet the old school 5 star Simmons from the 90s Quote Link to comment

Obligatory picture of auto gave the engine bay a clean While the donks out i was gonna degrease, paint the block/sump, and do rear main seal. anything else that's easier while its out of the car?? 1 Quote Link to comment
