Pacific coast Datsun
Paul i read that you may be selling your 223 soon which i understand but...i found a few pics of a clean LG 220 that was @ the motoring J style car show last week. These trucks are so rare! Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Wow that is nice... Paul, I've been racking my brain for a place to store that truck. If I figure something out I'll let you know ;) Quote Link to comment
71-521
Thanks...nice truck... I got a guy that called me on it from Salem... he was going to the salt flats for a couple of weeks then he is going to call me when he gets back home and come get it... he has a 221 and a 222 as well... sounds like he really has a collection started and wants to complete the 223 spot! tangent
the gold one is sexxy.. imagine how good it would look without that side pipe and some stockish wheels... Quote Link to comment
tnip
so... am i to assume that the 220 didn't have a starter? or was the hole in front just for a backup in case the starter went out, or what? ... also i agree the wheels need to go but i don't hate the side pipe, it's already a "custom" paint job, then again i've never understood the whole exact restoration thing, i like oem+ and then some :D Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
The hand crank was a backup thing- even 320s had them. In fact, I have the hand crank for my 320. Quote Link to comment
