dennis
I give them credit for bringing some additional aftermarket to the 510 http://www.ebay.com/itm/CXRacing-Datsun-510-Tension-Tie-Rods-Control-Arm-Disc-Brake-Bracket-CNC-/270866093941?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item3f10e09775 Quote Link to comment
Stupid_fast
240sx suspension?????? Could probably get a wicked steering angle with that. 1 Quote Link to comment
Farmer Joe
this looks like the same co. that makes that funny aluminum front crossmember for the 510... Quote Link to comment
Creepy Cruiser
Anyone know what rotor they use for their caliper adapter set up? Quote Link to comment
RedBanner
Looks cool, im still going with the ermish stuff. Say what you will, but hes answered alot of questions I had, and hes a good datsunier. And he keeps the prices as low as he can. Good to see more datsun support tho. 1 Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
Yes, yes they did make that horrible looking crossmember. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CXRacing-Datsun-510-KA-SR-KA24DE-SR20DET-Aluminum-Crossmember-/140641744682 Quote Link to comment
Xander_42
Yes, yes they did make that horrible looking crossmember. http://www.ebay.com/...r-/140641744682 I love how it's bolted, then welded together. SUPER STRONG! Quote Link to comment
dennis
I give them a thumbs up for trying, but they should take that cross member off their site. It be nasty. I wish they would make some motor mounts so I can at least try those out. I do not want to buy from McKinney. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
Anyone know what rotor they use for their caliper adapter set up? That looks like a rear brake caliper bracket ..... if they really have a 240sx rear brake conversion,,, they should sell just the brackets They show a blurry bottom of a 240sx front strut,,, but never show the strut bolted onto the control arm ... . ... . my control arms have drag marks and dents all over,, .. .... . I'm glad they aren't aluminum .... . my stock steel arms weigh less than a pound Quote Link to comment
SSSEXXX
Saw this today too on my regular afternoon eBay Datsun 510 search. They look pretty good. So..... Who's going to volunteer to buy, try, and report?? Not it!! Quote Link to comment
dennis
I wouldn't buy their stuff even if I was it. Not after seeing that cross member or the overheating issue that TSR fixed with their radiator. Quote Link to comment
SSSEXXX
Reliable and talented fabricators are truly worth the money. *ahem, cough* Ermish *cough* Speaking of which I need to order rear coilovers. 1 Quote Link to comment
Sinnful
No thanks, but it is cool that other people are trying to build more Dime parts. But for me, I will keep building my own stuff..... 1 Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I like that they are trying to use the more modern 240sx brakes/rotor/strut. Still looks cheesy though. No pic of the steering linkage hooked up either. Quote Link to comment
Docsis510
i think the guy that makes the rear disc brake brackets is a member here. i used a set on one of my 510's and they worked good. i didnt end up using the 240sx rear calipers instead i used the maxima calipers with a small spacer. they worked good... H5WAGON
That bracket holding the control rod ball joint looks little thin? Maybe the brackets for the rear brake conversion using 240 calipers, but I have a wagon....so no go for me. Wondering where this places the hub....as far as track....offset for wheels? Tire clearance? Quote Link to comment

Laecaon
Definitely want to know more about this. The pictures and description leave so much to be desired... Quote Link to comment
freekwonder
The control arms and t/c rods really don't look that different than the other ones I see on ebay, but definitely want to know more about the 240sx suspension. Quote Link to comment
housew
its been a long time and these are still for sale. anyone try the LCAs yet?trying to decide between not doing them ($0), building them myself (weld in threaded tube, TRE and misalignment spacers, and jam nut, probably cost me around ~$120), buying them from troy ermish for $185+shipping and sending him my current ones, buying from cx racing for $200, or futofab for $300 i think futofabs are the nicest, but if i can save $100 and run the CX ones without them snapping on me i might try them. housew
nevermind, seems that everything else they make is so craptastic, that I couldn't trust them to do this right. Thinking in this order. Futofab, ermish, me Quote Link to comment
