FoxyRoadster
The h20 in them bolts up to the roadster 4 speed, its a low compression 2 litre engine. I originally planned to use the head off one on an R16 to add boost and create maybe over 150hp. They also have torque out the ass all the way through the rpms. Quote Link to comment
DREWSDIME
There is a shop around the corner from me that still uses a Datsun forklift, I will try to get some pics Quote Link to comment
Z chopper
well the idea of bring the Datsun forklift to Japanese car shows is to stack the honduhs so more parking for datsuns, too bad it is out of my price range Quote Link to comment
ninjabortion
wait wait, can the propane setups from the h20 be retrofitted to the l20b? Quote Link to comment
Z chopper
wait wait, can the propane setups from the h20 be retrofitted to the l20b? good question to research in the tech section, might need to start a thread Quote Link to comment
FoxyRoadster
wait wait, can the propane setups from the h20 be retrofitted to the l20b? might could get the carb to fit, but the intake manifold is completely different.. You'd honestly be better off with buying an aftermarket conversion as you'd have to modify the H20 carb use for above 3500rpm. Quote Link to comment
HRH
Propane is a waste of time unless you need to operate it in a warehouse and not have much emissions. 3 times less efficient power under the guise of cleanliness is not a great idea. That's why none of those "flex fuel" propane GM vehicles are ever filled up with propane. There's been a Datsun forklift or two for sale in Spokane just recently on craigslist. Quote Link to comment
HRH
In fact, it's still up: http://spokane.craigslist.org/bfs/2569004539.html Quote Link to comment
