You may find the 510 alt larger in diameter than the stock 35 amp unit in the 620.This will need a smaller belt as the larger one will almost rub the idler arm when swung out to tighten it. I think I used a very slightly smaller belt and had to put it on first then slip the two alt. mounting bolts in and tighten them. Maybe you'll have better luck. Quote Link to comment
