yoursurfer Posted January 13, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Goning to send her to paint shop, get fresh coat original color, just did the brakes all around, has about 40K on the dealer long block exchange. they even put a new metal tag for the engine number, just got a door panel from Canada to use a template. DanielC Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Looks like a very nice truck. Keep the brakes adjusted, adjust them every time you change the oil. Dirt collects in the front well above the headlights, and back by where the fenders mount to the cab. It holds water there, and nasty stuff from the road makes the fenders rust out. I tried like hell to find a clean one to start with but all I could come up with was a (after some serious looking) very rusty, south of the boarder built truck. :blink: It's been a labor of love though.
