cyrusthevirus
alright kids i have a surprise for you SOOOOON! what you need to know is i am so new to fab work that i am short sighted/and suck. I don't think things through(|check it i originally thought i would keep the live axle and just add a disc conv nope),so the rear IRS would not function as i had anticipated . i asked for help and soon the pictures to show you that asking others for advice could really pay off ! don't b afraid to take 3 months to build and 5 min to cut it out! cyrusthevirus
the day the direction of the build changed pleasure tease so i love to let the pics speak for themselves any ? s Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
That is pretty sweet - nice and clean work. Couldn't you use a considerably shorter bodied shock? Looks like you won't take up all that up travel within the tower and you're already at full droop, right? Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
Why not add some, even if minute, camber adjustment while you are at it? Looking good though. Quote Link to comment
cyrusthevirus
i say we don't know yet , because iam recv all the help from the fab side on the towers we have used factory suspension up until this point. ride height is a bit high ,however the goon is missing the20 gal fuel cell, seats, and passengers +++++ Quote Link to comment
cyrusthevirus
the rear sus is fully adj through wicked tuning products tow, traction, camber Quote Link to comment

Laecaon
The coilovers have no bearing on the rear camber :) Oh and now I see the bottom of the shocks... These aren't rear struts. Quote Link to comment
cyrusthevirus
I got her to sit on all 4s this week end! the rear towers are complete. I am now getting her together for a maiden ride! test and tune if you will (i am a dreamer the test ride is sooooo far away) somebody needs to clean the camera lens. Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
Nice work! Be careful if you take it for a spin before you have some kind of covering over those rear wheels...or you might get a small rock thrown at the back of your head  Quote Link to comment
jeffball610
I love this idea. You might reconsider moving your rear upper tower brace forward a little. It's not much of a difference, but you could save yourself some rear cargo room by moving it forward some. You've got a wagon, why not use the utility of it? I chose a 4 door for a reason. I'd love to see more work from the front end with the steering setup you have and how you cleared everything with the front sump engine. Maybe even get this thing on a lift to get some nice pics taken of the underside so we can see all this hard work you've done. Nice job! Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I really want to do IRS in my wagon, but this is the major stopping point in my head. Im trying to figure out a way to brace it without interfering with the cargo space; I would still want the seat to fold down and be able to use the full length of the cargo area. cyrusthevirus
i got a roof rack for extra cargo items gents, it was pointed out to me the only thing this wagon needs to haul is ass! Quote Link to comment
