Josh K.
Yeah double walled aluminum heat shield and remote mount reservoirs. Quote Link to comment
q-tip
I knew I didn't need to mention it, you have you shit together. Quote Link to comment
anth
Do you know what you are going to use for a remote reservoir setup? A lot of guys with FJ's over here use the Nissan Urvan reservoir due to limited space, but it's getting very hard to find them now. My hoses are weeping, so I'm thinking of replacing it with this universal kit from Earls: http://www.earls.com.au/files/497f86ffbb862-RESERVOIRCATALOGUE2009.pdf(Page 5 of the PDF). I just realised when I posted that link that Earls is an Aussie company. I'm sure there'd be something twice as cool for half the price in the US B) Quote Link to comment

I believe there is something 90s Nissan here stateside (no Urvan here) also has the same set-up? Some late model Japanese cars have these type of set-ups on the clutch master too... 1 Quote Link to comment
Josh K.
I looked at those but the od of the master cylinder is not right. I'm going to make aluminum od caps with orings and then I'll just make a mount to mount the reservoirs remotely. I wish there was an off the shelf solution... 1 Quote Link to comment

mklotz70
with all the rest of the custom work, I half expect a custom reservoir. :) .....but I completely understand getting tired and wanting to find an existing solution. :) 3 Quote Link to comment
Josh K.
Going to make a bracket from the manifold to the line where the tape is (Where the hole is right below the line). 3 Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
Would it be possible to just use the intake bolt that's right below it? 1 Quote Link to comment
Josh K.
That's what I was reffering to. I'm gonna make like an eyelet and heat shrink over the hose. The eyelet will be a bit bigger in diameter then the hose so it can float and just support without chaffing. Josh- 1 Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
Duh.....I was looking at the tape thinking you were going to drop something down from the fuel rail.......................at least one of us is bright.......and it's not me!! lol 1 Quote Link to comment

Cpl620
all that work for the stock rail? why didnt you just change to a top feed rail that is ready for AN lines? 1 Quote Link to comment
Josh K.
Thanks shacks. Cpl, I'm not a fan of top feed because they stick way the hell up. I'm not sure if you noticed but I'm kind of anal about aesthetics ;) also cheaper and only cost me about an hour of time. I'm real happy with how it turned out :) 1 Quote Link to comment

Josh K.
Next on the list is finish weld out on the turbo manifold. I need to make a weld fixture and setup a back purge system. I'll start on it tomorrow night. A coworker is gonna make the RevE. Pulley for.me since I don't have time... Getting close to final engine install ;) well final for mockup and test drives... Josh K.
That should keep it flat.. Drilled some bleed holes in the center to help with the argon back purge. Next I need to make a plate for the turbo flange with the purge connector and then weld a stout ass brace between the two. 2 Quote Link to comment
