Black car sold here's an update on the red car.

Worked a bit on the car this weekend, everything is final fit now. Missing a couple clamps here and there and i still have to redo the breather stuff. but overall all im lacking is wiring and fuel system plumbed from cell to engine bay. my stock gas pedal wont fit any more. So i will need some sort of custom pedal. All the brake lines are done just need pedal hooked up and bled. Here are some pics. Well got the breather mod done.

I cut off the existing piece of the cam cover down to the top of the cover. There is still plenty of material there to tap. Then I used a 7/8 drill bit and tapped it for 3/4 NPT. FYI 29/32 drill bit is what is supposed to be used when using a 3/4 NPT tap. but with aluminum it was close enough.

In the future for anyone else I would highly recommend using -10 line and fittings the -12 stuff was very tight and a PITA to get on and off.

Here some pics.

Got both wheel wells welded up. Reinforced the rear section of the rear ¼ and did final fitting of the left side.
