Spades Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 yeah, I am a slacker...I spent yesterday getting the wagon primered and ready to drive to work Monday, so the few hours left last night were spent with my wife. Right now I don't know how many meets I will be making...it turns out the reason I missed cruising the gut in Mcminnville was not a hernia...at this point it is narrowed down to some sort of cancer like lymphoma or (hopefully) adrenaline gland failure. All of my cash is going towards the doctors/hospital bills racked up in the last couple weeks and trying to get my wagon painted with new window seals in it before winter hits. I hope that it was fun even though there was a small turn out...did anyone get any oics? Quote Link to comment

Spades Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 thanks! the good news is, if it is cancer, it is not in my bone marrow, and may still be isolated in the lymph nodes. I am scheduled to have a lymph node biopsy where they remove one and check find out if there are cancer cells in it. I am scheduled to see a specialist to check out my adrenaline gland function, and hopefully it is that simple...I don't like the idea of losing my lymph nodes or chemotherapy, so taking cortisol sounds pretty good at this point,lol. Anyway, enough of my threadjacking! How bout some Oics? someone must have had a camera or cell phone... Quote Link to comment

Talking datsuns for what seemed like 5 minutes, and suddenly it's dark and the movies starting. turned out those 5 minutes were 3 hours :) only 3 dattos managed to park right together anyway, we were in the same row at least. also didn't get any oiks of when all those hot sexy women got naked and danced around pouring beer all over themselves and asking if we wanted a drink. ......mahan.... .......You guys should really have been there :D Quote Link to comment

I am planning to take my wagon to the drive in even if I don't have window seals in...I don't care if I have to bring a boombox(I am not installing the sound system in the wagon until the leaks are gone). I missed the last couple times because I didn't have a stereo or I wanted the car done...I am starting to realise that my wagon is not going to be done for a LONG time...when I am working and have $, I have no time to work on it...when work is slow and I have time I have no $... Anyway...pick sometime...preferably a day that won't conflict with Dragging the Gut in Mac(Aug 24-25), but is late enough in the year we shouldn't have to worry about bad weather and the drive in being closed.
