wiring diagram says it ties in to the radio power wire.

got the engine that way. had to put on the intake but didn't notice anything different. at the time i thought all w53's were created equal.

i cant wait for this one. curious as to what my w53 came off of. most answers i read are its a jdm head with ports for fuel injection. but what models and engine did it come on?

wow auto's must have been an option that not many people got. i never see them. i wanna see somebody take one of those auto's and stick it in a 521.

the one listed is very close, about as close as you can get. this one sold on ebay a few months ago for like $30. the correct 521 clock. i cant find the only pic i have of a 521 with a clock.:mad: and i bet nobody else has a pic either.

doing it yourself leads to a lot of project for sale threads.

that thing is too cool. if somebody wants it bad enough and has the money shipping wont be an issue except praying that it doesn't get broken during transport. if i bought that i surly wouldn't stick it outside for some kid or honda owner to aim his sling shot at. quick somebody notify that datsun history museum.

i have one pic of a truck that had one. i seen one on ebay a few monthes ago go fo $30 and of coarse there is the owners manual pic. i'll dig them up to show. how many has anyone else seen or have.

hey i liked that thread. no need to lock it just for another to start. were suppose to keep the bullshit in one place so we know where it's at. now were just spreading it around. closing that thread can be like opening pandora's box for a bunch of other bullshit threads. get it all out in one spot. here we go again.

i hada hard time with a friend one night trying to get a trunk closed on a k car. we oblonged the holes moved it up moved it down moved it side to side. 2 hours later i noticed it had nothing to do with the height or left or right. the trunk had a dent in the middle which changed the angle of the latch. only noticed this while the latch was off for the 50th time and was sticking the latch off and on the striker. a tiny bit of tilt and it wouldn't catch.

that horn ring turns me on. it would fit perfect on my 521. if it were closer.... lots of stuff popping up on the other side of the mountains lately.

my wife always asks what do you want for your birthday? i say car parts. she says no i'm not buying you some stupid car parts for your birthday. then she asks what do you want for christmas? i say tools. she says i'm not buying you some stupid tools for christmas. although i have got her to buy me tools in the past. i have a better chance of getting tools than parts from her. phat you got it good.:cool:

i was hoping it was for a 320 but someone said it wasn't. i was wanting someone to look in their 320 owners manual to see if there was a pic of one.

thanks pac, i'll check on the max 60. it looks like it should have been from the 60's the style i mean and not having any punched holes for saving weight like they do these days.

i got this with my nl320 and i guess the nl never had a mini spare. i hear that the roadster has a different bolt pattern. it looks old school. side says j 16x4t dot topy 12 15 87 3.5 40300 11?00 nissan. what say you?

the 520 has the j series engine in it. the 520's are hella hard to find. harder to find than the 320's. 521's are all around and 620's are a dime a dozen.

1970 torino type nw. pic was taken in the 70's.

yeah i'm still kicking myself and will have another one someday. i like the gt hoods better than the cobra hoods. the factory tach's in these go for a grand on evilbay. torino's have never got the recognition like the other models. mine was a 70 gt fastback 63f body style with factory tach and the hash marks on the side. 351c that nobody likes cause they say it's a truck engine. fmx trans. bought it for $1800 and sold it for $1000 like a jackass. you live and you learn. that was the hardest lesson i ever learned. my dad had a 70 torino type nw formal roof. very few were made.

wow! i just swapped my l16 for another l16 a few months ago. some of these ratsun people must think i'm a jackass.:eek: sr's ka's hell fisch you might as well just put a rocket under the thing.:D
