thats why most of them look like shit. people actually used them. used but not abused.

might be different but the 521 locking stant is g764 and g764e no difference between the 2. i find mine on ebay cause they are nla.

this is one of those things along with the steering column boot we need to have reproduced. over at odpl they are having things like rubber parts and tailights reproduced/copied. the prices are great too. someone has to come up with a mint or nos one to be copied though.

lots of people have them including me the question is what kind of condition would you be happy with? very condition sensitive. how bad is yours or is yours missing?

i usually refer to the heater rubber air inlet boot that is impossible to find as the duct and the 2 cardboard hoses on the side as the defrost hoses. i know realize you mean the 2 cardboard hoses. how much is that? the original cardboard hoses can be had from nissan.cc for $5 a piece. we wont mention how spendy they are on evilbay. i've also seen people use the aluminum stuff. i have a pair of the original brown cardboard ones that nobody wants. they're missing the rubber boots on the end. any which way you go i think you need the little rubber adapter boot at the end. maybe not?

well it was worth that to somebody. if it had not of been repainted i would have been interested. i would guess a nos one would bring $150? maybe a fellow member bought it? i've noticed most of the purest that would have paid that price dont like to do the forum thing.

i hate heli coils. i think there are 2 different taps. one for cutting new threads and one for cleaning old threads. i read that somewhere and dont know if it's true.
