  1. I found some 67's on ebay from ge, eiko, phillips, roadpro and a slew of generic brands. I think i'll buy a box of ten for myself. http://cgi.ebay.com/Roadpro-RP-67-Heavy-Duty-Automotive-Replacement-Bulbs-/170636115085?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27bab47c8d http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Professional-Grade-Miniture-Bulbs-67-Great-Deal-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem2a03889d37QQitemZ180447911223QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/67-Miniature-Light-bulbs-Box-10-13-5-Volt-Amp-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem20a9c2ac91QQitemZ140287061137QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories this ebay listing has some crazy cross reference for that bulb. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Eiko-67-40845-Light-Bulb-Qty-10-NIB-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem3a4a39a96bQQitemZ250353396075QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
  2. very nice. one day i too will be in the 320 club.
  3. The bible is the greatest work of fiction ever written. Hands down. No offense. :)
  4. Yeah I missed some zeros in there. There is a slight drag on the feeler gauge. I guess I should tighten the intakes back up some.
  5. I did them cold. I have loads of room for adjustment so they can sink all they want for decades to come. I just dont see why the intakes need to be so tight to not tick. The engine was replaced in 1985 and I'm going to do some figures to see how many miles are on it. I dont think its that many. It doesn't even smoke on start up. I have 2 sunk valves on my other 521 l6 w53 head with no room for adjustment left. way under specs touching on one. it doesnt tick at all. smokes on start up though.
  6. I finally got around to adjusting my valves on my 71 521 l16 a87 head lazorite crate engine with original pollution control and now it's noisier. Way noisier. There was a tick I wanted to get rid of and check the specs. It does drive better now at lower speeds. Intakes 1 2 3 were touching. what gives? 1 2 3 4 intake .000 .000 .000 .0045 before adjusting intake .008 .008 .008 .008 after adjusting exhaust .013 .012 .013 .012 before adjusting exhaust .010 .010 .010 .010 after adjusting
  7. I only got part of it. skip's I believe.
  8. looking for this red hazard/flasher knob. it has the headlight symbol on it. click picture to enlarge.

  10. this is always nice to stare at. for me anyway :)
  11. here is a original set up. there are 2 grounds on the alt. the big black wire with the yellow stripe is the battery ground connected to the lift eye.
  12. the fork on the right of the number 35 needs to be taken out and put in a vice and squeezed back to a tighter spec. i usually tighten mine till i have to tap it back down on the shaft to put it back on. first remove roll pin number 12 with a punch or nail 2nd remove pin number 17 with a flat tip screw driver 3rd after squeezing the fork with a vice make sure the spring (number 14? is there on reassembly) the spring is usually missing on really sloppy shifters. when i do mine later this year i plan to do a write up. i've done this on 3 521 trucks start buying those little shifter parts on nissanparts.cc while they still have them.
