  1. You'll need a adapter. You can buy them from weber online or ebay or you can order the carb with the adapter from weber.
  2. Sent. Let me know if your happy with them. If not I'll gladly buy them back.
  3. All plugged up. Half ass at the moment.
  4. If it still has this cluster check the red circles for leaks. The mounting studs need to be plugged also being the 3 studs/bolts that hold it together. Like the circled upper left one. If the cluster is missing check these circled items. Again the 3 circled with an x are the bolt holes that need to be plugged also. Click on image to enlarge.
  5. Upside down? Right side up? You can also add all the other goodies you see in this pic. Red hazard knob (headlight symbol on it) locking glove box, arm rest, 520 metal parcel/package tray.
  6. They came on the roadster and the 520 and fits perfect on the 521.
  7. ok ok. If you want A non pitted pair It's gonna run you $30
  8. This pair is in poor condition but if you want they are yours shipped to your front door for $10
  9. I was thinking of getting mine rebuilt too. Have you gotten any quotes?? Most people will tell you to put a weber on it but I would like to keep mine with the stock carb and air cleaner. I think carbs unlimited in fife does decent work. How about some pics of your b210.
  10. Its just held in with the little chrome fingers. Take the switch out and bend the little fingers out then tuck them all back in the mounting hole.
  11. And to think I was going to give a bigger hint. ;)
  12. I used these for desmogging the exhaust on my 620 I had. I got them from my jetta repair shop. dorman auto hardware makes a similar one. dorman 090-171
  13. Any 14x1.5 bolts will do but there is a couple models of vw that have pointy tip that seats perfectly in the holes. I'll find a pic. I just plugged it off with a bolt in the hose for many years until the pollution nazi won me over.
  14. I used this flimsy piece of sheet metal for like ten years before I asked for a ratsun member to make me a plate. These aren't vw oil pan bolts but some other allen head pipe plugs I found. yes there is a difference in threads between pipe and bolt but I've found bolts fit fine in pipe holes, not sure about the other way around.
  15. Here is my intake with the block off plate. I drilled and tapped a hole for the pcv.
  16. You can always give a cardboard template to someone who can make you a block off plate for your intake. I'm currently having one made by a fellow ratsun member for my b210 a14. also you can take out the pipes on the exhaust manifold and put some nice 14X1.5 tapered vw oil pan drain plugs in like I did. Cut the pipes on the manifold and put a 6 point socket on the heads and work them back and forth slowly until they come out. It looks impossible but they come out easier than people think. I've done it twice. If your getting rid of your old exhaust manifold you have nothing to loose. Pics you say? Here is my 1980 l20b. This may take a minute.
  17. Damn. I go and pressure wash the under side 2ND TIME NOW and the soap is out on the high pressure setting. AGAIN!! I have the service manual. I'll study it tonight.
  18. 75 b210 automatic. I have to push really hard to get the parking gear to engauge. Is this an easy adjustment? It wont turn over unless the parking gear is engauged either. any help is much appreciated.
  19. yes but you will need to change out your exhaust manifold. your current intake and exhaust are sandwiched together.
  20. I miss my ford. I'm still mad at myself for selling it. Young and dumb. How can you not love this car? I still have my 521 in the pic though. BTW. ROOT BEER IS THE KING.
