  1. I think there were only about 45 or so of them that were actually imported into the states. Seen a few in Japan, the one at the toyota museum and then at JCCS. Sweet azz car but if I had the money to get one I would snag a 432 instead.
  2. I have a bunch of each color. Find them alot at Walmart and Target. Here is one I customized in an attempt to make it look like my car.
  3. Was at the Ecology down in Chula Vista, CA spotted this full tube chassis 72 1200 with sheet metal firewall, dash, floors, trans tunnel, a few other pieces. Looked like a project car cut short. The cage looked pretty solid but all the welds weren't finished yet. The body was beat up but it still had all the glass in it. Also had a Toyota motor. Sorry for the quality...Cell phone pics
  4. Yeah, I saw an interview with the guy and he said he used to be in radio a while back, drug addiction did him in and he ended up on the street. Funny how life works out sometimes...
  5. That's awesome, nothing beats an original work of art by the kids...
  6. Anyone coming up the 15 past Fallbrook (Mission)? Or anyplace/time people meeting up for a drive on out? Wouldn't mind jumping in if so...Don't mind driving a bit if need be.
  7. Just to make sure, if I was already signed up for this past weekend I am good, or do I need to sign up again?
  8. Chuck and I down at QualComm. My Z his Skyline The Green Machine Historic Club
  9. Was thinking about doing something similar kind of based off the SK setup I have on my Z. Have a couple extra of te SK surge tanks, thought about cutting one down a bit. When you get around to making the exhaust manifold post up some pics, interested in the design. Here is a picture of my set-up off my Z.
  10. Used to go there all the time when I lived in Escondido back in the early 90s. Just moved back in the area so head over there every once in a while to see what's new. They cycle the cars out there pretty quick, last time I was out there they had a 710 wagon sitting in there that was in suprisingly good condition. That one was gone already. Not diesels so lets make that an L24E...Thanks for clarification.
  11. Was just over at the Ecology autowrecking in Oceanside off the 76, they had a few cars that might be off interest to a few on here. (2) 620 pickups both six lug, one was pretty gutted, the other was pretty much complete with a L18 auto. (2) older Nissan King Cab pickups, I think they had Z24s. One was missing the head the other was pretty complete. (2) early 80s Maximas with L28s, I snagged the E12-80 Dizzy and gear reduction starter from one of them. The other had an E12-93. About (5) or (6) Z31s, 2 of them were turbos. And if anyone interested a 78 corolla wagon that was pretty complete, bone stock everything, think it had a 2TC. There were also a couple of 200SXs that were pretty beat up. Was actually there looking for parts for my 86 Corolla but nothing...
  12. Is this still going on at the Circuit City in National City?
  13. Looking for a dual sidedraft short runner intake manifold for an L20B. If you happen to have one laying around taking up space shoot me a PM and let me know. Thanks

  15. I am going to have to make it down there one of these nights. Just got back in the country and don't have a car yet but should have one soon enough. That GC-10 Skyline was my buddies car a few years back. He picked it up on Okinawa from one of the guys in our club out there and brought it back with him to the states back around 02. His getting a divorce forced him to sell it. I think he was more devastated about losing that car then he was about losing his wife. Looks like a good time out there...Sweet cars.
  16. Lets talk, very interested in the car. Anyone know if this guy is still around???
  17. You still have this one available? Shot you a couple PMs...
  18. Damn, Well if you change your mind and put it back on the market let me know. I was the one that called you a few times today... Just got back in the country and looking for a nice Z.
