Read through a lot of threads but can`t seem to find out if 1983 280zx rear brakes will FIT easy emphasis on easy maybe with custom brackets (maybe a link to them) if it`s way easier to use 200sx calipers that`s fine just can`t seem to sort out info.came across whole car that went sideways into tree today and unsure if i should salvage them.

The 510 tailights i bought from this seller were not exact replacements ,,they didn`t dip in on top of middle reflector part and they fit a little weird not bad just weird,,but they were new,shiny and still on car.I would suggest buying in pairs so they match but i think thats how they sell them anyway.

Also try sucking on vacuum advance with cap and rotor removed the plate should move a little.and the hose is connected at the bottom most port in carb.

Im pretty sure i have a couple extra base adaptors laying around if you think yours might be warped or something.

If a motor is running retarded( ignition wise not how MY brain works wise ) it sometimes runs hot. Did you ground the check connectors E1 and the T or TE1 together while timing? whats the compression? maybe spin engine by hand till top dead on flywheel pointer and make sure marks all still line up on cams,take a can of carb cleaner and spray on all hoses and fittings and watch to see if RPM changes,The upside down pop bottle idea posted earlier is a good one, you could also take thermostat out {last resort} just to see if bubbles stop check all cheep/free fixs first.

Can`t find in manuals ..when you look through is it completely open cold or does is it somewhat closed at say 60 degrees outside??and does cracked injector insulators (the thick middle part) cause vacuum leak?? gotta miss but spark looks good and even ,also i did look on zcar archives
