Give Green River community college a call ..They used to have a real good auto program and they are pretty close , just East of Auburn. There is another one in Tacoma that has collision program name...... Clover Park Technical college.. Since you just want a spray ..the best thing would be to talk to them in person to see how to get started.. I was thinking a NapZ block with L20 head for better breathing and it would still match up to trans,,,,,, BUT,, since i now have read he can`t legally change much of anything emissions wise ( I live i Washington so i have no idea what you can change ) i would just lower it a little and get some wicked rims and tires ...then lower it so more.. My old 510 ain`t fast it`s a Datsun

Are the pictures of this 1981 510 wagon on file with the FBI or do you have easy access to them ??

Wong Z anyways go with a LZ22 more power easier / cheaper to build than KA and a little more power..But the 510 does have a front sump oil pan so getting a KA to fit might be somewhat easier than most cars.
