I got on FB this morning to check up on some things and decided to find the Nissan fan page. Typed "Nissan" into the search and look what came up. LOL I swear this is no joke.

Hmmm you guys are getting good at this. lol So what I've determined is that it's a mid to late 40's to late 50's American car. I gotta go over there this weekend, so I'm hoping the guy is home.

I never have but helped a friend do it. All we did was cleaned it up with some paint prep stuff left over from my car, sprayed some self-etching primer on it and then sprayed the paint.

hmmmmm. i wanted a tow hook. Just never found one that wasn't ugly! Too bad I'm down on money.

I'm going back this weekend (I hope) and I'm gonna try to get ahold of the owner and see what it is. And maybe see if he's interested in selling it ;) hmmm. looks somewhat simialar, but I believe this car may be a little older. I think I got another pic somewhere.

I used 320 grit sandpaper to remove it and smoothed with 1000 on my surfaces. Worked great for me.

My GF and I were walking down her street earlier in the middle of nowhere and found this sitting to the side near some abandoned houses. I didn't get much of a chance to get a many pictures of it since there were some dogs trying to eat us, but heres what I got. The thing that caught my eye was that the hood looked nearly identical to an old roadster, but the car is a hard top. Maybe a Triumph? I'm honestly not sure. All I know is that it's fucking awesome and I want it!

FUCK NO. I don't want the Datsun name on a new car. When i hear Datsun, I think old ratty DATSUN with Watanabes and a screaming 4 cyl. Not some new econobox or gay shit like that. Every fanboy is going to be blabbering about it and it's just going to end up as another "Hellaflush" candidate. No thanks. I'll stick to the true Datsun.

Just a tad bit of advice, try setting your camera to "Macro mode" if it has it. Waiittt waittt don't get excited yet, it appears that my information may be wrong and they aren't interchangeable... You may be able to use the Z32 bellhousing on the Z31 transmission.
