Buy a re-ring kit and and upper gasket set from Rock auto. Might spend MAYBE $200 at the most and have all the main parts. Top end kit for my 210 included everything from the valve seals to the head gasket and was a $12 Beck/Arnley closeout. Clevite re-ring kit was $112 and included main seal, bearings, rings, etc. Although until you pull the crank and check to see if it's all within spec, you don't really know if it's going to need oversized rod bearings.

Man, if you can afford to just replace them both. They're cheap and in the end, you know what's good and whats not.
