When I was in high school (I was weird then too) My senior year I got a Flask for my birthday from a friend, had my initials on it and everything! Was using it as a water bottle in school. Had a couple teachers say that I cant have that in school, and I calmly said that I could (Its not in the handbook) Eventually the principal called me down to his office and this followed. Him: You cant have that flask in school! Me: Why not? Its not in the handbook. Him: Cause they are for liquor. Me: But its just water, here smell! Him: I dont think you would come to school with liquor in a flask. Me: Then why cant I have it in school? Him: Because they were made during prohibition to sneak liquor around when it was illegal. Me: What about cargo pants? Him: What do you mean? Me: Cargo pants were made for army personnel to carry extra GUNS and WEAPONS into battle, yet they are allowed in school? Him: Well if I had multiple instances where students were using cargo pants to carry weapons into school, then I would not let them into my school! Me: How many students have you caught bringing liquor into school in flasks? Him: Well None.... Me: Then you cant tell me I cant bring it! Him: <_<

You should go thru the parking lot and find all the religious or ANY other cars that have markings that are not the way you see it! May be able to get them to let you park there, or make the rest of the people clean up there shit aswell. "I will remove the Goon Squad sticker if you have these stickers removed from these other cars that could be construed as offensive" Or just start parking off the property, they cant make you do anything then! Cause the only thing they can really do is say you cant park on school grounds. I Hate the PC shit that seems to be ruining the fun and laughter in this country! We could also get wikipedia to add us to the goon squad definitions on their site, then you could prove what it represents!

OK so the DKW, which one is that? Dont know alot about those cars, just that they got the look! Hoping that this one will meet Me ans Shonuffs approval next weekend when I go to buy it! The kid that gots that toyota was who turned me on to this yard. Its a family buisness and they only advertise thru word of mouth. I saw him on the freeway and flagged him down, he was driving.... B210 hatch, with a windshield visor, rear window louvers, a hollowed out street bike pipe stickin out the quarter pannell, and it was on a Lifted 720 4x4 frame :huh: :blink: :o This thing was taller than me! He gave me the info on the yard and I called to go check it out. And theres a couple 70 and a 71 Corona 4doors there and a two door that was Smashed. Wanting to go get the bumpers and tail lights, among other things!

I too was supprised at the condition of it, especially the wood interior. Thing wasnt moist or smelly in there or nuthin! Im thinkin bout trying for a "Real" booster system for it. This things got a remote booster :o And the front susp is torsion bars all mounted to a sub frame that "Should" also have the engine/trans connected to it. May be as simple as a clip mod for a Dodge B-body frontend, seen a cardoba layin in there somewhere I think..... And Yes the GooN is Sold, for $800. I have already taken $500 and will have the rest on friday when he will take delivery of her. He is a friend (Of mine and BASAs) that will continue its life as a daily and on Ratsun aswell! He is excited to be part of the community and to work on and personalize the GooN for himself! Had me going for like a minute and a half :lol: Same here Bro! Would LOVE to have many of the weird cars that guy had! Not sure but he wants $600 for it! Hes got a title ;) Dude had so much awsome weird shit like that! He had an old Mitsubishi mini tractor too! Yea there was alot of that shit around! Seemed to not have anything newer that like a 79, and containers full of misc parts, a carburetor pile the size of a datsun and a HUGE pile of straight axle stuff. Yea, I understand that and if it were not converted to a ford drivetran and wiring, the car would be out of the question! Camaro, not Vega. And the Rover seems to be in Great Shape! Guy said it was a runner and driver in need of a cooling fan. Looking at it, it would have to be a pusher fan in front of rad, or a pair of small pullers caus theres bout an inch between the rad and water pump pulley! If he can start it up and I can drive it around its a steal! That would be a major help nis! I know this is gettin into some british shit, and Im sure Im gonna need some help!

This Yard was EPIC! Heres the rest of the Oics I took there. Next time I will get more Oics, I was kinda fallin all over myself tryin to look at everything! Its like a Weird Steel Graveyard, with a bunch of old school car shit EVERYWHERE! there was a bunch af shit I cant even begin to list. Wasnt much datsun shit but a couple toyotas and other rare british and auto union stuff too! This is one of the owners sons cars, toyota but Very Ratsun!

So I was at this old school JY today that I found thru word of mouth. I was kinda lookin for a old mossy small junker to add a A14 to and drive regularly. I found a goon one of these that needed a drivetran for $600. With the work needed it would be a couple hundred over my price range! Then I saw this Rover.... CAR? The guy said it was 1967 Rover P5 :huh: Its cool as shit, looks like a Rolls. Not as big as a rolls but its got a bunch of real wood inside. Said he wanted it to go to a good home, and was kinda sellin it to me. Then he started to say that it needed a cooling fan cause it had been converted to a ford straight-6 :unsure: wait did you say narrowed 9in and leaf springs? Oh shit its got a late model fuse box and harness, and looks to be done right. Theres NO WAY I can get this for what I can spend.... Now he says he wants $600 for it, and it runs and drives :o Holy Shit Mangs! I wanting it so bad, I looked it over pretty good and its a good car. I would be able to get it in a week when I sell the GooN. And with the swaps its got the maint should be easy enough. Also all it needs to be a daily is a cooling fan, there is a little rust but how bout a little drop and drive it? Im thinking Im gonna get it, but Im always down to get input form the Community!

Still here and still disassembled <_< The steering parts will be here monday, Im gettin the 300zx shocks today. Went and looked at the 300zx struts and the springs are too big to fit in my towers so I gotta make a plug for under the shock in the strut...... Or Something.... :unsure:

Called a guy that is strippin a couple 300zx cars and Im goin out there tomarro to grab some struts! :D

Update: The other day I ordered all the steering parts from RockAuto, what a great deal! Cheepest in the whole world wide net! Today I ordered some Monroe sens-a-trac strut cartridges for the pumpkn. Spent like an hour on the phone with the tech people at Monroe(Super Helpfull, would recomend) The ones we figured out would be the best are part #73229 for a 84-89 300zx non turbo. They have a stiffer valving and are shorter overall with a shorter body. I will have to make a small plug for under them in the strut. And I will have to modify the top mount hole caus the threaded top is 2mm bigger. Was wondering if the mount bolts are the same from my car to the 300z. Looks like I gotta get to the Junk Yards this weekend!
