ZX rims are OK, but they arent the stock caps... I dont know what it is about them, but I think theyre stellar. I preferrably like to stick with 13s because I have white walls already and they have great thread still. If I picked up diamonds or something similar that were 13s and clear ZX brakes then the price would be worth it. Otherwise i would have to buy new rims and tires... then sell the WW tires. If Im going to run a winter set of rims and tires I think a set of diamonds are the clear choice. On a second side note, looks like the roof rack I wanted will have to wait until September. They are taking a break to persue blah blah blah I dont care. I wanted it for Canby so I could strap all my camping/BBQ gear onto the rack.

I did some more research and figured that out. Man thats going to suck come winter time. Right now its not an issue because I just dont have to install the brakes I received until I put the 15s on. But once I upgrade wheels, Im going to upgrade front brakes too... Then come winter Im going to switch back to the stock steelies and run those so the other rims dont get fucked up. How much of the calipers are in the way of 13s?

Of Course! Thats my plan for right now. The weather is warming up right now (it snowed early this morning) and once it gets to its warmist I will be refinishing the hubcaps. Ill be rocking them until I get the new rims on the car... then when Winter hits, Ill switch back to the stock wheels and caps.

For the second set (first set if I can sell the current set I own), Im looking at a particular set that is currently for sale... They are another set of old school JDM rims. I think I might be 100% happy with my current ones if I could actually mount them and not use them as a coffee table lol. They are just sitting there.

Good call Doug. No, Im going to use the caps. I can come down whenever youre free. Ive been really busy up here... I havent totally forgotten you. You should have called/texted me to get my ass in gear. Motor has been an option, but I want to make sure I do it right from the start. Since I dont 100% know what I want to do with it, I dont want to start buying parts. I think I know what Im going to do, so Ive been keeping an eye out for any RWD SR20DEs in the area. So I have a bit of a dilemma. Well, this is actually a two parter lol... The first is that I want a second set of rims. I currently love the set I have, but they arent ready to go on the car yet. I need tires, I need to fix rash on a rim, Id like the centers powdercoated, etc. They are 15x7/15x8 +10. The set Im looking at right now are 13x6 +15 all around. The good part of these rims is that I can use my current tires to put them on the car. I like this idea because then I dont have to spend more money on tires and I can still rock white walls lol which are legit. My worry with the 13s is that I cant fit the 280zx brakes that are coming on my struts/coilovers. I think I read somewhere that 13s wont clear the bigger brakes. Then Ill have to sell my current rims... So thats part one. Part two is I just came into a bit of money selling off some things I dont use anymore. I want to buy something nice for the car, but unsure what it should be. Money always burns a hole in my pocket and I dont know what I want. One option is to get my rims refinished and mounted. Im also thinking about getting a roof rack. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!! So Ratsun, what wise wisdom do you have for me?

I love poly bushings. Way better than the crap soft stock rubber. I know Racetep haas a bunch of poly for sale. Not sure if the exact ones you need are there... check them out.
