Stock L20B flywheel in cars was 200mm, 225 in trucks.  You can probably use either.

The clutch bearing collar will depend on the height of the pressure plate diaphragm.

motor mounts- I don't know if truck mounting is different in the 521, but your comment should be correct.

Other comments look correct.

The oil pan and oil pickup tube off the original L16  Yes

The original water pump unless the L20B already has a non-clutch pump. You can run the L20B clutch fan if there is room.

225mm Clutch and 6 bolt flywheel. You can run what ever size clutch you like even the 200mm as long as the release bearing is matched to it.

The throwout bearing collar (is this part it?)https://www.carid.com/sf-pl-mpn/pid-0-mmyid-113392-ofmpnid-4806746843.html?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwoXPg7-IhQMVDxetBh2mWw6vEAQYAiABEgLUhvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds The throwout  bearing collar has to match the clutch pressure plate you select. There were several 225mm PPs, the collar for one won't match the other. Select a clutch from a specific use truck or car and get the collar for it. The one linked is for an '80 A10 HL510 and will be for a 200mm PP.

The original L16 motor mounts. Yes the rubber isolators and the two engine brackets

If you buy a clutch kit, they almost always come with the "correct" throwout collar.

OK if you get that Fidanza flywheel thats  200mm then use the 510/521 t/O bearing and sleeve

and use this clutch kit .this is a Roadster replacement lkit (600KG) it will use same as L16 510 and 521 stuff .I personally keep the 510/521 trans thowout arm to the slave cylinder as I like the adjustment better .Exedy kit come with a 200mm T/O bearing but NO SLEEVE!!!!!!!

That $400kit looks cool but yu dont want to drive around with that strong of a clutch.  I bought a SPEC 2 for my 521 but the clutch ripped the center disc up and left me stranded. I went to the weak stock 350KG 521 kit and its fine for stock type daily driver

400$ for a flywheel is a bit much. I found a used one

you sure yur truck weighs 1600pounds?

I went to the trash dump I swear my weight said near 2400 or 2100

Yes, its 1600 pounds, no front or rear bumpers, roll pan and all fiberglass front end (fenders, hood), no A/C or heating. aluminum wheels.

So basically, youre saying if I use that flywheel I posted, I can use all my existing clutch components from the 521??

also 4 wheel disk brakes, you would be surprised on the weight difference I felt during the swap, I believe my calipers are aluminum. it all adds up.

Yes your Fidanza 77-79 200sx is the same flywheel  just aluminum all other stuff from your stock L16 will work with this kit.

I will be honest. I didnt think putting a alum flywheels was all that its crackd up to be. Lucky I got a used one

That’s really good news/info. I like the feel of the aluminum, it revs up faster and if going downhill and off throttle it saves braking to slow down, revs down faster. One downside I don’t like is, sucks going from a stop on a hill. Lol. Hopefully it’s better with the L20b
