720 Brake booster options

So i need a new power booster, and want to be cheap and maybe just get a booster from a junkyard pickup, but to widen my options could i maybe use one from a hardbody? they seem to have longer studs but look identical. first one is for a hardbody, then one for a 720.

take measurements.  If the bolts line up with the 720 booster spacer, and also with the master cylinder then it will be fine.  If they don't, you need to decide how much modification you are willing to deal with.

those 2 look the same, just longer bolts in the rear. cold cut them if they get in the way

Any update on this?  Will a D21 booster mount up to a 720?

We send brake boosters to Power Brake Booster Exchange for rebuilding.  Fast turnaround, but your vehicle is down for that period.  Other option is buy another of the same unit, send that one in, perhaps you can continue driving yours..........??
